Designed for 2 to 5 players aged 12 and above, this game revolves around the boss of a ruthless family clan that is engaged in a fierce battle for Beasty Town. In order to bring the city under their control, the players must dispatch their henchman into dark alleyways and build shady backrooms on the premises of local shops and businesses.   The board depicts several districts surrounded by manholes, which the players must occupy with rats in order to take control of the surrounding territory and beat their opponents. During the game, the players take on the role of a mafia boss who strives to expand the influence of her clan, supported by three henchmen. Over a total of five suspense-filled rounds, the players must aim to complete five missions and outmaneuver their components by expanding their territory, controlling the most manholes, building the longest network of backrooms, and looting property. “Die Patin” is an interactive and thought-provoking strategy game that pits players against each other in a ruthless battle for Beasty Town. Beasty Bar is a fun take that card game about party animals. The players play animal cards into a line. Each animal has special powers that can manipulate the cards’ order. Whenever there’s a total of five animals present at the end of a turn, the two animals up front get to party while the one animal at the rear has to go home. The Beasty Bar game attracts more and more animals to the red carpet in front of the legendary bar. With Born to be Wild, it is the third time that twelve "beasts" show up there. The new animals add even more cunning feints, wild dynamics, comical situations, and finesse to the game. Following the well-known rules of Beasty Bar, all the animals of the "extended customer base" can be combined. Consequently, Born to be Wild can be played as a stand-alone game, but also together with all the other animals from the two previous Beasty Bar games.

It can either be played by itself or in combination with the original game, as part of a challenging two-round draft. Twelve all-new beasties with exciting, novel special powers are lining up in front of the legendary bar.
